Field Safety Audits of the Workplace: Triplicate observation reports are used to record our findings, recommendations, and actions taken. Rostered and minuted coaching sessions are held with crews on how to best address issues noted on our reports. We use multiple copy safety directives and individual safety warning slips to record contraventions, stop work requests and remedial work directives in  accordance to our client's accountability measures in their health and safety programs. Audits are reviewed with the site superintendent and suggestions made on how best to comply.
